Two bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses and a Ligne Roset futon in the living room. Walk in shower in full bath. Half bath en-suite. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with propane stove and oven. Appliances include Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer, food processor, Zojirushi rice cooker, chef’s knives, Boos Block Cutting Board & Breville Nespresso coffee maker. Collected studio pottery, vintage and contemporary, all spices, olive oil, salt and pepper & kitchen staples always stocked. The hot tub is kept at 99 degrees and ready for use as soon as you arrive, all year long. We have a solo stove bonfire fire pit and a Weber spirit ii grill available for guest use as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property except the garage and attic. Other things to note We are animal friendly! Our dog spends time here so there is residual animal hair/pet dander, not allergy friendly. Also, we are in the woods and you can expect the occasional ladybug, moth, spider or earwig in the house depending on the season. ***please note we do NOT have air conditioning but with a cross breeze the temperature in the house is always comfortably in the low 70s***
