To help you feel at home, we provide some essential items, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dish washing liquid. Please note that these items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you may require. Upon booking confirmation, guests will be kindly asked to sign a Rental Agreement. HOUSE RULES: - Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. - We respectfully request that no smoking (tobacco or cannabis) or recreational drug use occurs on the premises. Violations will result in a $300 penalty. - Parties/events and illegal activities are not permitted. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels down, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors. - Please ensure that only the guests listed in your reservation are present on the property. - Setting up tents or other structures on the property is not allowed. - Renters agree to cover any damages incurred during their stay, as well as any necessary extra cleaning fees. - A government ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay for verification. - We kindly ask that you do not move any furniture. - Pet friendly, up to 2 pets, 50 lbs or less with a fee of $50 USD per pet.
