The space The condo has a master bedroom with x-large HD TV, a full size bed and a twin-sized bed that connects to the master bathroom. It also has a second bedroom with a queen-sized mattress. Both bedrooms include extra bedding and towels in the closets for your convivence, and each include a mini-splits to control individual temperatures. There is a fully equipped kitchen with the basic cookware and spices. In that same are is a dining table and a cozy living room with 65" TV. The living rooms exits to a balcony overseeing the city. The condo it self is located on the 3rd level and there are no elevators in the building. Further up, at the top floor, is a large shaded terrace overviewing the city. This area is available to the tenants and has a BBQ and sink ready to use. The area is also furnished with stylish seating and tables. The property is secured with metal-door and passcode-gated entry. There is also a reserved parking spot available to use for the property. Since the property is very close to bars and restaurants, there is lively music heard throughout most the night. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the condo including full access to the terrace up top. Guests also have access to the private parking space available. Other things to note Entry to the condo is done by a temporary passcode, not a physical key.
