Need to stop over? Our home is close to highway 50. Much needed vacation? Our home is few minutes drive to Reno, Carson City, Virginia City and the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to Mcdonald’s, Scooter’s Coffee, Grocery Outlet, Carson-Tahoe Urgent Care, Smith’s Grocery. There are nearby casino, gasoline station, sports bar, gym, shops & restaurants. Cheap stay but well-maintained, clean and fully-furnished. Only well-behaved pets are welcome. No smoking, no drugs, no partying. The space This well-loved cozy space is in a single-level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1600+ sqft, corner lot house. The property is well-maintained, clean and tidy. It has water softener, running hot/cold water and working centralized HVAC with smart thermostat. We change air filters quarterly. Deep cleaning every after guests. Pest control and AC tune up are updated. The guest room and private bathroom is just close to the front door which has dedicated space in the house. You will have the place by yourselves most of the time. Guest access Shared fully-equipped kitchen, shared dining area and shared living room. Laundry use is for long-term stays only. Enclosed garage, pantry and other locked bedrooms are strictly off-limits to Airbnb guests. Once we’re home we’ll let you know. We have 1 small dog with us. We respect guests privacy but we offer help throughout your stay if needed. Other things to note Cleaning supplies and start up toiletries provided. Laundry use is for long term use only (>28 nights stay). Provide your own detergent. Extra sheets and towels available upon request. Only well-behaved pets are welcome with $50 fee per pet. Service animals are free provided with proper documentation. Strictly no pets on bed and any furnitures. Pets must be on-leashed, crated and must always accompanied by owners.
