Ideally situated within a few minutes drive to East Midlands airport, and railway station, with links to Derby, Leicester, and London. For nature lovers, there are lovely canal walks along the river Soar, where you can see the beautiful views of the Nottinghamshire countryside. Our comfort single room has an en suite with a shower for your privacy and convenience. Each room is furnished with a comfortable double bed with memory foam sprung mattress for a peaceful night's sleep! We have supplied a smart tv where you can watch Netflix, Amazon prime, and other major tv networks. With your comfort in mind, all rooms include complimentary amenities, tea/ coffee making facilities, quality bed linen and towels. This room is situated near the front of the house, allowing for easy access to your accommodation. If you fancy cooking or making a quick bite to eat, you will have access to a large modern communal kitchen with double oven, electric hob, and microwave. Alternatively the property is surrounded by family owned cafe's and restaurants where you have a choice of different cuisines from Chinese, Indian to traditional British food. The rooms are perfect for a short stay before flying out from the East Midlands airport, or after arriving at the East Midlands. Alternatively great for longer stays whilst visiting friends or working in the area. The property is a fifteen minute drive from Loughborough university or 30 minute bus ride. Kegworth is home to Amazon, the Power station, and Graham bell to name but a few large organisations. The comfy and cosy rooms are ensuite with private shower. Light refreshments, tea and coffee are supplied in your room. The smart tv allows you to watch television at your leisure. Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime are all available. For breakfast there is a choice of local cafes that provide a good English breakfast within walking distance of the property. If you fancy eating out for lunch and dinner, you are spoilt for choice by the reputable gastro pubs, and restaurants nearby. The people who live in the building are hardworking professionals who need to sleep peacefully at night. For this reason loud music and or partying will not be allowed, but there is plenty of entertainment in the surrounding areas of Nottingham, Loughborough, and Derby. The property is on a main road, with free on street parking. Spaces are mostly available in the morning and afternoon.
