The estate is located a 30 min drive to the famous castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny and 1 hour from the castles of Chenonceau, Amboise and the famous Zoo de Beauval. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a small entrance with a large coat rack followed by a large kitchen with a fully equipped bar and open to the living room. It includes induction plates 4 feus, range hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, 8-person raclette machine, 8-person raclette machine, waffle iron. You will also have everything you need for cutlery, various utensils, tablecloths and placemats. The large living room consists of a pleasant office space, a beautiful dining room with exposed beams open to the living room overlooked by a chandelier with a dining table. It includes a large dining garden table with umbrella as well as a lounge, all completely flowered. A barbecue is also available, ideal for alfresco dining. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet as well as a charming bedroom composed of a large double bed (160 x 200 cm, Bultex bedding), an old hairdresser and a large wardrobe. Upstairs, on your right you will find a mezzanine bedroom (open to the living room with blackout Japanese signs) with two large twin beds (100 x 200 cm, Emma bedding) and a dresser. On your left, a nice room with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm, Bultex bedding), wardrobe, dresser and meridian. A second bedroom is in a row of the latter, equipped with two large twin beds (100 x 200 cm, Emma bedding), a wardrobe, a dresser and a small seating area. Guest access Outside, you will discover our common pool area, where you can lounge on sunbathing, relax around a garden furniture with umbrellas, or swing in hammocks and hanging armchairs. For other moments of relaxation, a small cottage set in the bohemian spirit is at your disposal, offering a lounge/reading area and a board game area, while a foosball table offers moments of friendly competition. Other things to note In the village of Josnes, you will find 200 m from the property a bakery, a tobacconist, a grocery store, as well as a country restaurant. 10 min away, on Beaugency or Tavers you will find all shops: hypermarkets, pharmacy, etc. "Le Clos de Josnes" enjoys a great location to also enjoy many other activities nearby, such as scenic walks, refreshing swimming, cruises on the Loire, thrilling karting sessions, games of escapes games and many more.
