A beautiful, historical brick farmhouse on what once was Showalter’s Dairy Farm in Phoenixville. Just 3 miles from Valley Forge National Park and 1.5 miles from downtown Phoenixville. I would describe my home as charming, inviting, and eclectic. Includes a cozy fireplace in the living room, peaceful sunroom, fenced-in yard with a BBQ, fire pit, & garden. A woodsy trail to Pickering Creek is just a short walk away if you’re wanting serene time immersed in nature. Please reach out with questions! The space This is a beautiful, well lit upstairs bedroom with a brand new Caspar mattress and sunset views. Includes a large closet space and amenities. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for my bedroom, the attic, and my basement. There are designated spaces throughout the house for guests to keep personal belongings separate. During your stay I live here full-time and will be available if you need anything. Other things to note I am near the road and sometimes passing trucks can be noisy. I have fans and air filters that drown out this sound very well. Absolutely no smoking at any time on the property. If you smoke, please smoke off the property and do not smell of smoke in the house. No parties, drugs, or excessive use or alcohol.
