Once booked there are no refunds, as all reservations are blocked for 90 day minimum, and house can not be rebooked until reservation term is over. *The garage is unavailable. Only two cars will be allowed to park on the driveway, one behind the other. As all stays are long term, tenants may be responsible for getting their own village vehicle stickers. These vehicle stickers are available at the village hall. Do not park or drive on ANY grass. *Home has dishwasher. *access to the fenced yard is outside through the front of the house, and then take the sidewalk to North exterior side of the fence. *pets are welcome, but remember to always pickup after them If you have a pet, you may need to register your pet with the village. Pet tags are available at the village hall. *This is a historic property, just remember to be gentle on the plumbing, utlities and vintage fixtures. *Do not leave ANY snacks or dog food out at night or the potential late night critters will come to have a snack. Garbage is to be put in the garbage can. If there is any visual garbage, tenant will be responsible for any and all village citations. If you need stickers for additional bags of garbage, these garbage stickers are available at the village hall. *Don’t flush tampons, excessive paper, or any foreign objects in the toilets. There isn’t a disposal in the kitchen sink. Waste cans and trash bags are provided for you. *Remember to be a good neighbor and be respectful of the neighbors and all local village ordinances. - as well as those properties neighboring ours. *Every Monday morning around 8:00AM a trash truck rumbles down our street and a landscape crew will periodically access the property for maintenance. *We’ve provided a snow shovel for guests to use during their stay. As all of our stays are long term, guests are responsible for their own snow removal. * This address is not available as residence status for Hinsdale school district 181 and district 86 if rental contract is less than 1 full school year. *Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Although there is no presence of lead-based paint, we have a federally approved pamphlet in the home on lead poisoning prevention. *The home is located in the Midwest, although there are no bugs or critters in the home, the Midwest is known for critters such as seasonal mosquitoes, ants, lightning bugs, possums, raccoons, and field mice. As a guest, you must make sure you are not attracting these types of critters with pet food, garbage, etc. *All reservations are subject to Village approval and following all zoning and ordinances requirements.
