Just around the corner from Dirty Girls Nursery, and within minutes of the Lake Tansi Golf course, Cumberland County State Park & more. Sit on the deck and enjoy a peaceful view of the pond next door or fill your time with adventure, this home is the perfect place to land. The space This home has everything you need. Plenty of bathroom towels & linens, fresh and comfortable bedding, plus lots of pillows and throw blankets. There are 3 solar tubes in the kitchen & living room area so no need to switch the lights on during the day. The kitchen is equipped to meet most of your needs. Coffee & tea hutch Full stock of pots, pans, plates, glasses & bowls Mixing bowls, Measuring cups, baking dishes & Utensils Knives & Cutting boards Please note: There is no dishwasher. There is a dish pan & drying rack under the sink as well as one that fits on the sink. There is a small charcoal grill for you to use during your stay. There is typically plenty of charcoal & lighter fluid in the closet under the carport. Check the supply before you go buy more. Guest access This entire home, deck, and yard is yours to enjoy. The yard has a large fenced area perfect for your pups to run free and enjoy. The pond next door is a beauty, however it is small. We’ve seen people fish so feel free to try! Just please be careful walking down to the shoreline through the leaves. There may be roots or rocks in there to stumble over. Other things to note The pond is not technically on our property but you certainly may fish in it….people do all the time!
