The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom w/ a queen bed.The second bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a separate bathroom. There is also a half bathroom by the pool. Accesible to major highways and only 7 mins from the airport and the beach. Other things to note CasaMar House Rules 1. There is a max of 6 registered guest at CasaMar 2. Music only until 8pm 3. No garbage should be left inside CasaMar 2 on the day of your departure. 4. No visitors are allowed and no party or event are permitted. This is a residential area not a hotel. 5. If you need any service during your stay and you will not be at the house you will need to leave the keys in the lockbox so the service people can enter the property. 6. If you use the BBQ it must be left clean. We do not supply gas, you must go to a gas station or supermarket to exchange the tank. 7. Pool 3-7 feet deep, must take care of minors. 8. Remove ALL sand before entering the unit. Sand creates a dirty environment and creates plumbing issues as it clogs up the drains. 9. The Royal Flush! Not the poker kind. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to place bulky paper products, tissues, and sanitary napkins in the sanitary bin in the bathroom. 10. Enjoy your stay but please respect your neighbors and keep loud noises to a minimum. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation; all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. 11. This property is strictly a non smoking property if evidence of smoking is found there will be an extra charge of $150 to disinfect the property. 12. On your departure the property should be left as it was when you checked in or as organized as possible. On your departure please leave the keys in the same lockbox you use when you check in. The keys for the house and the pool have a $150 replacement cost Each.
