The space Our recently renovated home, a labor of love crafted by the hands of my father, a seasoned construction pro. Situated just off Highway 50, our place offers quick access to downtown and a straightforward route to the Sierra. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Key Features: - Smart lock keyless entry with door code before arrival. - SmartTV to access your streaming apps. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, laundry detergent and softener. - Three parking spaces on the driveway with additional free street parking - Backyard patio with cover Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am Other things to note Please use the dining room for eating - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - There is a set of stairs that lead from the kitchen to the garage, proceed with caution - No parties allowed. - No smoking inside the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have cameras on the outside of the property that actively record video/audio for security reasons.
