The space The Franklin River House has been my sanctuary for many years now, a lot of love has gone into this special place and now I am opening this beautiful hideaway to guests, the River House is comfortably furnished, with covered parking, a large downstairs space that’s screened in, washer and dryer, Upstairs on the main level, enjoy the “Treehouse” feel with large open den /dining area with WI-FI and Roku TV, DVD player along with toys and Games. Full Kitchen, Two bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds and an adjoining Sunroom with twin bed/ daybed with wrap around windows, all with block out shades. Two full bathrooms on main floor, half bath downstairs in laundry room. Guest access Full access to house, except the locked owners closet and curtained work room downstairs in the enclosed area.
