Magnolia House is a completely remodeled, brand new house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We just finished remodeling the house and it has everything from a new roof and floors to brand new appliances and everything in between. Upon walking into the home, you’ll notice a custom built kitchen island and countertops, and new furnishings. We like nice things and we remodeled and furnished the house as though we’d live in it. The space This historic house has been completely remodeled so you'll feel like you're in a brand new home built in 2023. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room and an air mattress. If you need anything for kids, just let us know and we'll leave it in the house for you. Guest access The entire house! Other things to note We want to let you know that we're waiting on the security cameras and the microwave to be installed (it really is brand new)! Pinedale is safe and you have the house to yourself, so there is no need to worry about safety and we are working on getting the microwave installed ASAP!
