The hill is very steep and dangerous, especially for children. - This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee. - The owner provides complimentary snow plowing from 8am - 10pm every day. If it snows, you may not be able to enter/exit the home before 8am or after 10pm.Please make travel plans with this in mind. - The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras.
