This door includes a dog door, leading to a fully fenced, shared backyard where your furry friends can play and explore safely! The space -2 private bedrooms with queen size beds -1 large sectional couch in the living room with smart tv. -1 full bathroom with hot water bathtub/shower, sink and toilet -Full size kitchen with basic amenities- sink, oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine -Private entrance with key code entry -Free street parking. Room for a semi -Outdoor lounge area with gas fire place -Bbq grills front or back porch -Fully fenced in shared back yard with dog door -little garden in the summer time stocked with veggies for you to take. The backyard and front porch dining area are shared with the other unit Other things to note I do have a renter staying full time in the basement he is a friendly firefighter and is very quiet. He has his own door to his space and it is completely separate. The only thing you share is the mud room. Your space also has a locking door in this same mud room.
