Check out this Boho Paradise! We designed this place to make you feel like royalty, or at least like you’re in a Pinterest board lol. With Alexa speakers throughout, you can easily hear your fave songs while you chill comfortably inside, or if you prefer… head outside and heat things up (ya know, like burgers on the grill or s’mores over the fire). Or just hang out (literally) in the shade on the comfy daybed and watch the hummingbirds eat. Sheldon loved it so much he never left! (See pics) The space Welcome to the boho oasis you never knew you needed! With Alexa-equipped speakers, flatscreens, family friendly games and lush and lively decor, this chic and stylish space is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring! Take advantage of the designated workspace and high-quality memory foam mattresses for a productive workday followed by a great night’s rest. Plus with a bunk bed, trundle, high chair and pack and play, it’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook, but we suspect you’d rather fire up the grill so you can relax on the hanging daybed and watch the humming birds fly around between spatula flips. Between the outdoor dining set, fire pit, bocce ball, spikeball, and ring a bull game outside, you’ll have plenty of reasons to get outside and enjoy this amazing Alabama weather! Plus, with our bug deterring tiki torches and candles, you shouldn’t have to worry much about pests. Birds on the other hand…well, that’s a different story. In case the heat is too much for you, or you’re just feeling adventurous, you can always take the short drive to a popular little swimming hole with multiple rope swings in the oh-so-cool Cahaba River. Just let us know and we can give you directions! In case it rains (or you’re just worn out from all the fun you’re having!) we have several family friendly games like Uno and Jenga to help you weather the storm. Don’t worry big kids, we’ve got games like Cards Against Humanity and Slide In The DM’s for you as well. Heck, we even keep a few balls next to the doggie bowls so they can play! Not to mention with your own driveway that can accommodates 3-5 cars, you won’t have to worry about finding parking or getting a darn ticket! Guest access The entire guest house, patio area and backyard. Essentially the backside of the property is all yours, although I do occasionally walk through it as I'm getting things out of the garage or working on the RV. We do our best to let you know ahead of time if we will be having others over who may come into the backyard. Other things to note This is the bottom half of a duplex. The upstairs is also a mid term rental (29 days or longer). Please be mindful of the other tenants and try to handle any issues with them politely and courteously.
