The space This is the bottom unit of an up and down duplex aka a mother in law unit. Guest access Guests have full access to the downstairs of the property (unit 2)/mother in law and the patio infront of the doors to this unit. The front courtyard, the upstairs of the house, and the backyard lifted deck are not to be used by guests in this unit. The backyard pool deck and surrounding backyard areas are shared space for all guests of both airbnbs. Other things to note The upstairs is rented out separately. It is completely separated off front the basement/MIL unit. They have separate entrances. The salt water pool is heated but in the winter an early spring it is not very hot at all. Middle to late spring (April/May) we will heat it to about 90 degrees once the outside temp is at least 50°. The jacuzzi is year round set to 102. There is EV charging available upon request and an extra daily fee.
