The space The front door to the usable Airbnb guest space is located behind the stone column entrance of the building. Parking is available to the right of the entrance in front of the blue exterior wall. Adjacent to the guest space is a private home office and garage with its own entrance to the left. Guests are not permitted to enter or park in that area. The Airbnb guest space consists of the interior bedrooms/bathrooms and shared living spaces to include the kitchen, dining, laundry and lounge rooms. Guests will not be allowed to park on the rear side or in the rear areas of the building as this may obstruct ongoing construction work. Guest access 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom house Other things to note Samsung TVs are located in each bedroom and in the lounge area. Each smart TV offers Fubo which features live feed and various sports stations under the Airbnb Guest access. All other available apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.) are available for personal guest access if desired. Please log out of all personal accounts prior to departure. Light fixtures in each bedroom are equipped with charging ports for guest convenience. Most are touch activated. Exterior property lights become automatically motion activated after sundown. In the event of emergency there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit available in the cabinet located inside the laundry room. Additional guest supplies, to include dish and laundry detergents as well as cleaning substances, are also located in that area. Please be aware that the cabinet doors are closed but unlocked, therefore the guest must be aware of any items which may be hazardous to health of children if ingested. There’s a downstairs apartment which is occupied by 2 guests . our guest downstairs have separate entrances and parking space.
