1 mile from the center of Middleburg, this gem allows you to enjoy the beauty of a gorgeous Middleburg Farm when you stay in this unique barn turned studio apartment! The space The Studio has a pillow top King bed. The property has walking trails, pastures with our sweet pets and a gorgeous stable. Guests have access of the farm land with the exception of the fenced in yard behind the main house and inside the pastures. We ask that you do not feed the animals unless you arrange with us to meet you there (please reach out and we will send you a link to our farm experience listing). If it is pre-arranged, we would love to give you an up close experience with our animals to include feeding, petting, brushing and getting a great picture. However, you are always welcome to admire the animals from outside the pastures. For the safety of our animals, no pets are allowed. All smoking is strictly prohibited. We have 3 other Airb&b's on property if you need to rent other spaces for family and friends. Please reach out if you would like further information. We also offer farm tours at an additional charge that will give you upclose interactions with all the animals as well as a tour and history of the farm. Guest access You are welcome to explore the farm, but please do not go into the pastures with the animals. We do offer farm tours with the ability to feed, pet and get pictures with the animals. If you are interested in meeting the Mini Highlanders and the Kent sheep, please just reach out through the app and let us know you would like to do that during your stay and we can schedule an interactive experience for a minimal charge.
