Kitchen is fully equipped and great for entertaining. Excellent outdoor seating areas, including gas fire pit. Unique features include indoor field in the basement, basement bar, basketball hoop, across the street from public park and tennis courts, across from city zoo, easy walk to Farmer's Market. The kitchen is large and great for hosting, including breakfast nook that seats up to 8. Dining room table is huge, with option to add leafs if desired. Baby grand piano on first floor in large, open living room area. Smart TV in family room attached to kitchen, and another in the basement. Lovely neighborhood that is great for walking or sitting outside. Now for the cool stuff: Finished basement with a bar, pop-a-shot, TV area, and an indoor soccer/pickleball court (see photos). New deck on front of house with lots of seating. Fire pit with lots more seating in backyard. Basketball hoop. Across from city zoo. Down the street from Farmer’s Market. Walk (little long) or bike to Notre Dame. Free parking en route to ND. Guest access Access to whole house, with exception of one or two closets where hosts store things, basement storage area, and shed in the backyard (unless you have small children who would enjoy the two-story playhouse in the shed, then let us know and we will make this available).
