Welcome to South Reno! Our family friendly home in a wonderful, quiet suburban neighborhood was designed for just that, families. A short drive from Mount Rose, Lake Tahoe, Reno Convention Center, Virginia City, and Carson City - we are very centrally located. We have a large open concept home with 4 bedrooms, 1 near the front and 3 (including master) at the back of the home. In each bedroom, all have all mounted TVs with preloaded apps. YouTube TV is available for stream in each room. The space This single story open concept home has room for everybody. Natural light throughout with an open kitchen and living area so everybody can enjoy time together. Master Bedroom has a large walk in entryway, with a California King-sized bed. We have an additional chair for comfort, nightstands and dressers as well as a mounted TV. From the master bedroom, there is a sliding glass door for direct access to the backyard. Off of the master bathroom, there is a large walk-in closet for all of your luggage and clothes. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, dresser, night stand, closet and an additional ottoman that could be turned into a pullout for extra sleeping. This bedroom also has a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, nightstands, and dresser. This room is near the master and bedroom 4. This room also has a mounted TV. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and was designed for the kid! Bunk bed has full-size on the bottom and twin size. In this room, there is also dressers and a closet. This room also has a mounted TV. Our goal was to design this property for the whole family - in the hall closet (nearest back 3 rooms) We have board games, kids toys, a gaming system and even a pack n play to use at your convenience. We also have a TESLA charging system in our garage for you to use. Security cameras are present outside the front out of the house, back, and side for your safety and ours. This is to ensure guests arrive and leave the premises. They are on and actively recording. We ask that you please care for our space and be respectful to our neighbors especially if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Guest access This home is in a residential neighborhood. You will have access to park in the large driveway, in the garage or along the street. You will be given an entry code to the Smart Lock for an easy self check-in Other things to note -We will have a trampoline out back for your convenience but we are NOT responsible for any accidents, falls, or mishaps. -Couch is a down couch so be aware of allergies if possible. -Please be sure to gather all your items before you leave as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. -Any animals on premise must be included in your booking as we do have an extra charge for pets. -Absolutely no parties are allowed. We will immediately terminate your reservation. -If staying on a Tuesday we ask that you kindly bring the trash to the curb on Monday evening for pickup. -Please make sure to have fun and enjoy our space!
