From there you access by stairs to a rest area with a sofa bed and the large terrace with chillout to spend a few relaxing evenings. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating (aerothermal system). The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine. It has free Wi-Fi and community parking with a space in the apartment. Regulations: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. It is not allowed to light candles or use a portable barbecue.
