The space Single family home in the safe suburb of Beltsville adjacent to I95 495 intersection. 2500 square feet ranch style home with huge fully finished basement. Commute to DC, Baltimore, and between with easy access to interstates 95/495/200. Drive times: Baltimore Inner Harbor - 25 minutes Annapolis / Naval Academy - 35 minutes Downtown DC - 35 minutes USDA Beltsville Agricultural Research Center - 5 minutes NSA - 20 minutes Greenbelt Metro - 8 minutes University of Maryland College Park - 13 minutes Adventist Healthcare White Oak Medical Center - 9 minutes Lovingly owner occupied and meticulously cared for the last 10+ years, with fresh finishes and comfortable, modern decor. Whole home features upgraded double pane windows for quiet interior, though you will hear some light street noise from traffic. Backyard BBQ Station! Grill + Blackstone Flattop! Main level living Room features large bay window and glass storm door allowing lots of natural light. Fully functional, clean, modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Open layout flows to dining room which can accommodate 8 guests at a full size dining table. Master bedroom with king bed, two windows, spacious closet and en suite full bath. Large main level second bedroom with spacious closet, king bed, two windows and lots of light. Third main level smaller bedroom with a twin bed plus trundle, and a work desk. Large private lower level is perfect for traveling with in laws or adult children, or a second family, includes a private full bath with tub/shower. Large laundry room with ample storage and a bonus second fridge. We also have a Peloton Bike (with large screen) free for our guests to use! Outdoor areas include large tree lined front yard, front porch, covered side patio, fully fenced private back yard with spacious stone patio. Property occupies 3/4 acre corner lot with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. Parking includes a covered spot for 1 car and ample driveway parking for 4+ cars including RV or boat. Please note there is a 2nd driveway, where an additional 3-4 cars can be parked. Located on a no-outlet street with quiet neighbors. Walk to the park with playground, basketball fields and exercise trail that connects to Beltsville Community and Recreation center. Close to local public schools with multiple private schools in proximity.
