This little house is centrally located in town, one minute walk to the coffee shop and Barleys sports bar and grill. A very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house is cozy and well equip. There are golf clubs, a kayak, a paddle board as well as fishing gear with poles and an ice chest available if prior arrangements are made. Also a pack and play upon request. An hour drive to skiing/snowboarding and mountain biking. Our area is also awesome for off-road riding. The space This little house has all the things! It’s a fully equip kitchen with under cabinet rechargeable lighting, bathroom, and laundry. Bring your personal items & food, then relax. It’s also dog friendly! Be sure you bring your dog bed. Please no cats, the cleaning lady is allergic. A fully fenced yard and an outdoor kennel. The couch pulls out to a queen bed and the master has a queen, extra bedding is in the storage at the foot of the bed. A walk-in closet in the bedroom. Under the chaise section is all the bedding for the couch bed. Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, curling iron, and a few little extras to make your stay more enjoyable! Also a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room. In each nightstand in the bedroom are charging cords and usbc & usb charging ports for your convenience. The end tables in the living room also have charging ports on the front. Still working on exterior updates. But the afternoon shade in the back yard are perfect for bbqing and relaxing. We are still working on the exterior of the house and yards. Guest access The entire house and yard are all your private space. Please please do NOT block the neighbors driveways. Overflow parking straight across the street for trucks& trailers. Not included is the outdoor storage sheds. Please remember the exterior is still in progress. Other things to note Parking on the street directly in front of the house, but please never block neighbors driveways. There is overflow parking for longer vehicles across the street. Quiet time is 10pm to be respectful of neighbors. Bring your own dog bed. Please no cats, the cleaning lady is allergic.
