There is shared basement (with laundry), garage and backyard patio area. You will share those spaces with your host Kevin, who lives in the second floor unit. The building is located on S. Kensington Ave. (68) in the Historic District of La Grange. It is just a short walk to downtown La Grange (2 blocks). Your host (Kevin) owns this entire property and owns and manages Guest Nest Furnished Stays. We can accommodate 2 cars. One of which can be parked in the garage and the other parked in the driveway. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement (shared with host). This 3-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a small en-suite bathroom with full-sized shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 2nd bathroom has a full sized tub and shower. There is an eat-in kitchen. There is also a dining area with a dining table.
