The space The exclusive space has a large terrace, barbecue area and pool facing the sea, two dining rooms, kitchen, TV room and includes five bedrooms: 1. A bedroom with two 1 1/2 beds, includes a full bathroom, closet space and desk. It has wifi. 2. Two bedrooms with two 1 1/2 beds, includes a shared full bathroom, closet spaces and desks. It has wifi. 3. A large bedroom with two double beds, includes a large bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in closet. 4. A bedroom with a double bed, includes a shared full bathroom, a dressing table and a dresser. It has wifi. Guests have exclusivity on their 1st and 2nd floors, the hosts live on the 3rd floor of the residence and share only the entrance to it, so that if something is needed, they know that they can count on them. 2. The capacity is 13 guests, from the 6th guest an additional fee of USD$ 50.00 is paid. 3. We recommend always leaving your valuables in a safe place (preferably locked).
