A stabled front door welcomes you into the property and an impressive modern lounge, equipped with 2 leather sofas and complete with large, wall mounted TV. Adjoining the lounge is a very well laid out kitchen with everything you might expect to find from one recently re-furbished. Behind the property is a quaint little courtyard that allows you to start or end your day, al-fresco style. Upstairs over two floors there are three well appointed bedrooms, the first floor comprises of the second double, with sash style windows overlooking the town itself. The smaller single bedroom, located at the end of the landing, doesn’t have a window given its location but benefits from a few children games, and wall mounted TV. The generous bathroom separates the two bedrooms and is fitted with a large walk in shower, sink and toilet. The top floor lends itself nicely to the larger master bedroom with extended views over the town. Other things to note A two minute walk from the front door is the embankment, there you will find ferries to Kingswear or a longer walk will take you to the South West Coast Path which runs out the mouth of the river past Dartmouth Castle. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a 5-minute drive away in the village of Stoke Fleming. Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out from Dartmouth, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out. Or why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie, and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.
