A family first, spacious home, features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a guest cottage with one bedroom and full bathroom. Located just over a mile north of downtown Pentwater. This is a beautiful, relaxing location a summer vacation! 63 steps down a small sand dune, to a sandy beach area with a deck. The private beach is large this year, ready for summer fun and swimming. Walk to Mears State Park about 20 minutes. The space The first floor of the main house has 3 bedrooms including, one large bunk room with queen size bed, one large master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a small bedroom off of the dining room. A second bathroom is located off of the bunk room. The first floor also features a large, fully equiped kitchen an expansive living room with a smart TV and a large sectional and individual chairs. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main cottage has a large deck the full length of the cottage on the south and another large deck with a dining table and 3 grills. The guest cottage has one bathroom, one bedroom with a king size bed, a living room and small kitchen. A special feature of the guest cottage is a deck with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan! Guest access Drive up a concrete road to park and walk down stairs or a boardwalk to the front door. Beach access is found in front of the guest cottage which is located behind the main cottage, closer to the beach. There is a private board walk to the beach. We have a parking area that holds 4 cars. There is no other place to park cars in the neighborhood. Guest access Our neighborhood has no public transportation, but you may want to walk the beach into Pentwater township. We have a beautiful, walkable beach this year. Pentwater township is about one mile away. Other things to note To access our beach deck and 50 feet of beach to the South of the beach deck, walk toward Lake Michigan from the main cottage, around the yellow cottage to the steps that lead to the board walk to the beach.
