Ample street parking available (please be wary of street cleaning days). The space This is a newly renovated 4 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit on the first floor of a private house. The space consists of an open concept layout with a spacious living room, dining area and large kitchen area with brand new appliances. The bedrooms are small but very cozy and the set-up is perfect for families or a group of friends visiting NYC. Please note the bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the beds accommodate up to 7 guests. A full bed can fit two people but can potentially feel a bit tight for those that prefer more sleeping space. Please review our bed sizes and plan accordingly. Thank you! Smoking is permitted on the back deck. The basement will remain locked as it is used for storage and workspace. The host is almost always traveling, but may occasionally need to access the basement through a separate rear entrance.
