This is a one bedroom detached apartment. Entry through the garage. The apartment has it's own garage parking and a 3 season screened porch. There is a full kitchen, private bathroom with a tub, one queen bed and one futon in the living area. Large cedar closet. We are located less than one mile from Hamilton college. The space We have wifi, but no television (yet!). The bed is a queen bed. The futon is brand new and quite comfortable for a secondary guest. Complimentary snacks and water.
