In the heart of San Luis Obispo’s railroad district, walking distance to downtown San Luis Obispo, this open-concept, single-level loft has spectacular 360 degree views from its private rooftop patio. Perfect live and work from home set-up with kitchen opening up to the living and dining areas, and an office in the 2nd bedroom! The space Perfect set-up to work from home! The condo has a master bedroom with en-suite bath, featuring double sinks and floor to ceiling tile in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an extra twin floor mattress available in the large closet. The other bedroom has a lofted queen bed, with an office space, including a desk and chair, under the loft bed. Enjoy the open living and dining area with a gas fireplace, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and private rooftop patio. Guest access The condo is located in a very walkable area. If you take the train to SLO, you can walk directly from the Amtrak station. You will also have a private parking spot and there are bike racks available in the building. Other things to note Duvet covers are washed before your arrival, like all sheets and towels. The queen bed in the second bedroom is a loft bed, which requires walking up a few steep stairs to access. Please see pictures of bedroom 2 to make sure you are comfortable with the loft bed arrangement. That bed may not be appropriate for children or older adults. Please note we have Apple TV for you to sign into your streaming services. We do not have cable. The condo is conveniently located near the Amtrak train station and near restaurants and businesses. This does mean that you will hear urban sounds from the commercial district in and around the building.
