The home and neighborhood features beautiful tall mature trees and wooded areas. You can expect to encounter one or more native insects such as: bees, ants, tree cockroaches or mosquitoes. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see lizards, opossums, and squirrels. Although some if these may be unsightly, they are a part of the local ecosystem. We know pest control is important and we have a regular service that maintains our home to prevent/ reduce the presence of insects. Although we take extra steps to mitigate pests it’s impossible to completely avoid them, especially outdoors. Caution: In Big Bear, CA, you may encounter native wildlife.
