The space This listing features 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find a full kitchen, large sunroom with fireplace, family room with a pullout sofa, a limited gym, a dining room, eat in kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a large living room and a first floor bedroom with two twin beds, TV and fireplace. There is also a spacious backyard to enjoy. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy, except for the basement. The basement apartment is occupied with a long term tenant. There is absolutely no access from the main house to the basement and vice versa. Other things to note Our Pet Policy: We accept pets on a case by case basis, and there is a 2 pet limit per reservation, and unfortunately cats are NOT allowed at this time. If you are approved, we charge a nonrefundable fee of $155 for the first dog, and $49 for one additional dog. The $155 will be a part of your booking cost. If you are bringing a second dog, the additional $49 will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center, a few days before check-in. Fee Necessity: To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their dog(s), there are certain steps we must take to ensure the home is clean and free from possible allergens. We want to ensure that your furry friend is safe and comfortable while you're out exploring or taking care of business during your trip. Therefore, you must leave your pet(s) in a safe secured space, like a cage or crate. While we trust that your pet is well-behaved, you MUST use a crate or cage for your pet if you need to leave them alone in the Airbnb for ANY period of time. This precaution helps to prevent any potential accidents or damage to the property and ensures the safety of your pet. In the event that your pet is left alone and causes any damage to the property, please be aware that you will be held financially responsible for any repairs or cleaning required as a result. We strive to maintain a clean and inviting space for all our guests, and any additional costs incurred due to pet-related incidents will be addressed accordingly. Please remember to also clean up after your pet. Pet waste bags will be provided, and pet waste must be disposed of in the outside trash cans by the side of the house by the front gate. We require that pets are disclosed at booking, so that we can properly prepare our home before and after your visit. Please be advised that a fee of $300 will be charged if it is discovered that an unapproved pet stay occurred during your stay.
