Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. 🏠 Separate Cottage: This is a separate cottage from the main house, with its own completely fenced-in area. The hot tub area is communal and shared with other guests on the property. ❄️ Winter AC Notice: During the winter months, we remove the window AC unit as Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s. ♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
