The adults can be upstairs, and the kids can have their own privacy in the lower level living room. You are close to all the hot spots of N Mi and can still be away from the crowd. The space If you are looking for the perfect location with an outstanding view. This is the place for you. We sit on 9 acres, overlooking The South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. You can have your morning coffee overlooking Lake Charlevoix or turn and see deer in the back yard. In the fall you will not beat the picture-perfect setting of the colors changing and the reflection off the lake. We are far enough off the road; the kids can play outside without worry. We have a rental company (Summertime Rental) directly across the street, where you can rent a pontoon, jet ski or one of their other watercrafts and enjoy a day on the lake. We have two public beaches, within a mile, in either direction. Next to the Tourist Park, you'll find tennis and basketball courts. We have two wedding venues within two miles. The Jordan Valley Barn and The Boathouse. Castle Farms and Charlevoix is 9 miles away, Boyne Mountain and Boyne City is ten. We are also the halfway point between Traverse City and Mackinac Island. This is a multi-family home that can sleep 16 ppl. There are two living rooms, so the kids can be downstairs and have their own privacy. If the kids are adventurous, they can bring sleeping bags and pitch our tent in the yard. You should have no problem keeping them entertained. We have board games, basketball, football, corn hole, horseshoes, two canoes and a fire pit with a beautiful view. I also have plenty of toys for younger children. I offer a highchair and pack n play. East Jordan is still a quiet little town but "Up and Coming". You can fish, hunt, hike, mountain bike, boat, float and so many more things, right here in East Jordan. I do shut down November thru April, so I can enjoy some travels myself.
