The space The Home: This newly remodeled home is two floors with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, private office space, living room, half bath, and primary bedroom with a King bed and attached full bath. The remaining four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs contain two King beds, one Queen bed, and the bunk room with two Twin beds and one Full bed. ARTopia is full of beautiful artwork by a local Greensboro artist and is available for purchase and shipment. Outside, you can enjoy the serene backyard overlooking mature trees and a quaint pond bordering the back of the property. You will also find amenities like a Bocce Ball court, horseshoes, BBQ grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy and entertain. Interested in early check in? So long as our calendar allows, early check in is available for a fee of $50. Parking: Artopia has ample parking for your group. There is a two car garage (garage door openers are available upon request), two parking spaces in front of the garage, and free parking on the street parallel to the driveway. Drive a Tesla?
