The space This second story apartment is part of a 25 acre property that includes a main home and a building with three apartments. Beautiful mountain views... sunset over the Adirondacks and sunrise over the Green Mountains of Vermont. We call this our "family apartment" because we built it in 2021 to accommodate family members when our main house, which is on an adjacent parcel, is full. It is appointed with brand new everything throughout, including a mini split HVAC system that provides both AC and heat. Enjoy brand new mattresses and bedding, a high end 65" smart TV, comfy new furniture, and a fully appointed custom kitchen! You must climb stairs to access the apartment. Guest access This second floor apartment is located on Dog Team Road just north of the Village of Middlebury. You can drive to Middlebury in a few minutes and you can also drive north to get to Burlington within 30 minutes plus or minus depending on the exact destination. Vergennes is nearby, as are quaint villages like Bristol. Parking is provided adjacent to the apartment. Other things to note -We own and operate 5 AirBnBs, and we have earned the highest possible ratings from guests over hundreds of reservations. We have established a framework for rental costs, cleaning fees, and related fees, such as fees for pets, extra guests, early check-ins and late check-outs, and special requests. These are set in advance, and they are not negotiable. We will enthusiastically accommodate all of your requests, assuming that we are able to do so, and we ask that you will respect and honor our cost structure, all of which is covered in this listing. -After 4 guests, an additional $65 per person, per night is charged. -Late check-outs and early check-ins can sometimes be arranged for; an extra fee of 1/2 the cost of one night for up to 4 hours and a full night fee for more than 4 hours.
