Enjoy your stay at our 1 BR & 1 bathroom, private basement apartment located in a quiet and rural neighborhood only 8 miles away from Penn State & other fun local attractions! Guests will have their own private entrance, convenient off-road parking and access to the patio/ backyard area. Sip on a cup of coffee on the patio or a glass of wine at our indoor bar! This is the perfect space for a couple looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, PSU games, or a family visiting for graduation weekend. The space This welcoming and relaxing space is comprised of 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bathroom, a spacious living room/bar area, patio, and backyard. You will have the entire apartment space to yourself. We include a mini-fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker (uses k-cups). This space comfortably sleeps 2 people; however, upon prior request we can provide a large queen size air mattress. For the outdoor lovers, there is a patio with seating as well as a large storage chest with several yard games for your use! For the indoor lovers, you can relax on the couch and watch TV, play some board games, or settle in at the bar! This is our primary residence and we will typically be home above the apartment during your stay. We will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but you may hear light noise from time to time. We do have a friendly and lovable pug, but she will not be accessing your space. Guest access Guests will have their own private driveway and private entrance through the sliding glass door located at the backside of the house. Keys will be accessed through a lockbox. It also includes contact information, local attraction suggestions, and other helpful info!
