About this space Fitzwilliam Place is located a short walk from Lincoln City Centre. When you step out you are immediately onto the High Street, in other words, close to all of the key attractions such as the Cathedral, Castle and International Bomber Command Centre. With all that Lincoln has to offer within walking distance, our studio is ideally situated, giving you a peaceful space to relax whilst discovering everything Lincoln has to offer. Parking is free on Tealby Street. The space A comfortable double room (small double bed - 4ft) with en-suite bathroom. Complete with kitchen including oven and hob. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and dedicated quiet working space. Studio is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
