This home is just north of Dauin, the world famous diving mecca. Right on the water and near some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Philippines. The views are fantastic and the home is spacious, as is the large private terrace and yard. I'm renting the place out while I'm away on vacation. Upgraded everything including adding Air Conditioning throughout the home, hot water heaters in the bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. And very fast internet! Come enjoy life on the water! The space There is a large master bedroom with King size bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed, desk and can double an office. I do have 2 twin mattresses for guests that want to sleep on the floor. There is a large living room area, with a very comfy couch, big TV, board games, a bar, and dining area. The kitchen has an oven, stove, pots, pans, fridge, spices and other essentials, and even a 2nd refrigerator. Guest access My place is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) providing grand views an incredible sunrises. You'll have access to the entire beachside property, a huge terrace, and two covered cabanas to enjoy the outdoors with some sun protection. And of course, the beach is right out front. Other things to note A caretaker will be there daily to keep the area clear of leaves and feed the dogs. The dogs are sweet and while they do bark sometimes, there's no bite. They will also let you know if you have any visitors.
