This beautifully renovated, modern cabin is located 3 miles from Manchester Center and mere minutes from multiple ski areas (Bromley Ski Mountain is a 5 minute drive). Manchester features several great restaurant options, from casual to fine dining, as well as great shopping! As of November 2023, we have a brand new hot tub, ready for use on those snowy nights! The space Our property is perfect for 6 people. There is an open concept living area, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and well-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor with a shared bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is located on the second floor with a private bath. The two bathrooms are newly upgraded with all marble and modern fixtures. The Mud room and a very spacious tv room/ entertainment room with an XL sectional/queen-size sleeper sofa are on the ground level. We just installed two Tesla PowerWall batteries to give you the comfort of knowing that if the power goes out, our house will stay warm! Other things to note The cabin has air conditioning. Mini-splits service the ground floor and main living area. Each bedroom has its own window unit. EXTRA GUEST FEE: We can sleep up to 6 adult guests. We MAY accept 2 additional guests under the age of 18 at our discretion, at a charge of $100 per GUEST per NIGHT for each guest after 6. We require a final headcount (including names)48 hours before your stay. The road to the house is dirt and during the wintertime can be challenging. It is navigable with a standard 2WD vehicle 90% of the time but plan accordingly and monitor the weather while visiting us in the mountains. It's more dynamic than other areas! In respect to our home and our neighbors please review our rules. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security deposit, if you do not abide by the following rules: -No additional guests without host approval. Period. -No parties. Charges assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund. -Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft of the house or near a window. - No subletting - the booking party/Airbnb account holder must be present during the entirety of the stay. If the Airbnb account holder is not present it is grounds for immediate removal. - No packages may be sent to the house without host approval. - No refunds are to be given for shortened stays or for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages, or other acts of nature.
