Walk from the front door to the quiet, private, and beautiful sandy beach! A large 2 area pool with a bar, a large outdoor area with BBQ, hammocks, and a large picnic table. Large guest rooms, each with a bathroom, AC & ceiling fans, and hotel-quality beds. All on the 1st floor! You will love ❤️ it!! The space Villa Casa Blanca is a one acre echo-friendly paradise with luscious lawn and wind dancing coconut trees. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are spacious, very comfortable, and ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR for your convenience! We have an owner's area upstasir but will not interfere with your stay since you will have the village for yourself!! Guest access Irma and Mauricio, the caretakers, will greet you and let you in and show you the parking areas. Other things to note Care takers, Mauricio and Irma (an amazing cook!) will be available to greet you, assist you in getting set in, show you around the property, and give you tips that will make your stay extremely comfortable. Irma can assist you with cooking (for a small fee) and Mauricio with any small trips to the local market, I ask that you, please, tip them if you feel they helped you make your stay even better. If you wish to have Irma cook for you and your guests, please let me know so she knows in advance. We have Elon Musk's STARLINK as our internet service, the best in the country so far.
