Old banyan and pin-oak trees line the picturesque streets where homes are spaciously placed. Upon entering you will be greeted by the panoramic sliding doors overlooking the heated pool and spa. This truly feels like a private oasis. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths offer generous accommodations. The space The split floor plan offers privacy with a center of the home gathering area. Cooks will be delighted as they prepare meals overlooking the beautiful pool and spa. The location is close to Boca Grande with world class fishing, outstanding beaches and a local private airport for those flying in. This is the kind of place where time slows down, nature is easy to appreciate, and the beverages are cool. Come and experience Spaniard's Retreat for yourself. Accommodates: 6 guests, 2 Kings and 2 Twins. All linens provided, central air, laundry on premises, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels on site. Propane grill, wifi and SMART TV included (no cable) - Please do NOT grill in the garage. Grilling is to be done OUTSIDE. Electric usage not to exceed $250/month or $8.21/day - guest is responsible for overages. Kayaks provided on site. Just a short walk to community launch. Ideal Old Florida Location. Other things to note Two kayaks are provided on-site for your convenience. You can use the kayak carts to easily transport them to the intercoastal launch, about a 6-8 minute walk from the house, and paddle around Don Pedro Island. This island, with its pristine beaches, is directly in front of the house. The local launch offers a delightful journey where you might spot dolphins and manatees. Additionally, there's a kayak rental spot in Don Pedro Park, about a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can reach Don Pedro Island by ferry, which offers options for passengers, bikes, or cars. The ferry landing is just a 3-minute drive from the house. **P.S.** Please note that the dock on Don Pedro Island was damaged by Hurricane Ian, and Don Pedro Island Park (not the land part of the park) is currently closed. Therefore, reaching the island by kayak is at the guest's discretion and risk. The ferry remains a safe and available option.
