Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Location is 10-15 minutes from airport, 15 minutes to downtown by car. Bus stop 10 minute walk and then 15 minute ride to West Valley trax station. 30-45 minute drive to ski resorts. 10 minute drive to Saltair and Usana. Grocery stores, fast food and restaurants within 2 miles. The space I have 2 rooms in the basement of my home and when you book one of the rooms the other room is not available to book for other guests. The calendar is synced to block the room that is not booked with the room that is booked. If you would like to book both rooms please send me a message to unblock both rooms which sleeps up to 4 guests. This room is equipped with a king size bed and walk in closet. Guest access Once booked guests can use kitchenette, TV room with treadmill, sauna and bathroom. Fireplace can be used with remote by touching the top button of remote to turn on and off. During your stay Guests can get in touch with me by texting once booked. Other things to note There is extra blankets in closets and towels are under the vanity in the bathroom, right side. The Carify coffee is available for sale because it comes from Taiwan. The price list is on the countertop and instructions to make is on the packet. The drinks in the fridge are for sale as well.
