This location is a place to stay for work or visiting family&etc. You will be near local attractions, Festivals & Events, Unique Shops and Great Restaurants. This Airbnb is a older home that is not perfect but is comfortable & clean. The neighborhood is in working progress and is safe & quite. Brazil is a small town & the homes in the area are owned by hard working families trying to live without being judged on a Airbnb platform. Please keep that in mind when choosing this Airbnb. The space There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has 1 queen mattress & 2nd bedroom has a full mattress. This Airbnb has 1 TV in the living room with free live channels, movies & shows. The other TV is in the back bedroom with local channels & a fire tv stick to login into your account. This Airbnb does supply Ice Mountain water bottles in the refrigerator. Please keep in mind this home is not perfect and that is how we keep the price reasonable! Guest access You will have access to the whole house. The basement will be locked that should only be used for storm emergencies. There is a small backyard with a covered porch. There are no locks on bedrooms or bathroom for safety reasons. We like to give you privacy with keyless entry. The host is available for any questions or concerns 24/7 The host is Not on sight but can be within 30min. Other things to note If you have any special requests please let the host know BEFORE booking. The host cannot accurately perceive what guests special needs are if there is no direct communication. We want to make sure that all guest request are met Before arrival. Sometimes we cannot meet special request and this Airbnb might not be the one you will want to book.
