Welcome to our peaceful Sierra Foothills home boasting incredible woodwork, gas fireplace, great room with combined kitchen, living and dining areas, and french doors onto a second story balcony. An elevator to boot! We are .8 miles to town, so we are very central to highways 80 and 49. Come explore Auburn, the American River, Lake Clementine, Auburn State Park, all within minutes of the house. Please respect our home and our neighbors. No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties, period. The space It is a 2 story home with an elevator (if needed), now with hot tub and huge first floor outdoor deck! . The main kitchen, living, dining, porch area is large and inviting. You have full use of the upstairs which includes a gas fireplace and porch in the trees. Both bedrooms have desks, closets and dressers. There is a printer available for your use as well. Fiber Wifi (fast upload and download speeds)! Smart TV / Streaming available (Netflix, Amazon prime, Criterion Channel). Please don't purchase programs. 2 air purifiers are available for use as well. We will not be home during your stay, but we keep personal items here. Guest access Parking is easy. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. The driveway is sloped. There are stairs along the side of the single garage, if needed. Other things to note We are aware of Covid-19 safety considerations and cleaning is done carefully. We are fully vaccinated, but won't be home during your stay.
