Cozy A-Frame nestled amongst the hemlocks of pristine Spofford Lake. Includes private sandy beach with gentle slope access to the spring-fed water. We have rented our A-Frame since 1967 and look forward to hosting your family & friends. Recent updates include: -Wifi dedicated for A-Frame use -New electric stove/oven in kitchen -Trex flooring on attached deck From July 5th through August 16th 2025, our rentals are weekly (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday, and flexible 4-night minimum otherwise. The space Includes beach access, dock and swim float. Dock has one boat slip available, and use of paddle boat. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles on roadside driveway. Trailer parking available across street. Guest access You will have the entire A-Frame house and attached sunny deck with dedicated parking for 4 vehicles. Lake front and dock/swim float are semi-private, shared with one other cottage. Other things to note Towels and bed sheets not provided. Bedroom 1 Double is on 1st floor. Bedroom 2 Queen and Bedroom 3 Twins are both on 2nd floor. We have a split A/C unit in the A-Frame which cools the entire downstairs comfortably. However it's not designed to cool the two upstairs bedrooms the same, especially in the summer months. We suggest cooling off by jumping in the lake!
