This sunny second-floor condo is just steps from Coastguard Beach and within walking distance of Provincetown’s most popular shops, restaurants, and attractions. The open-concept living includes an updated, well appointed kitchen, a cozy bedroom and bathroom with linens, A/C for your comfort, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. You’ll love the ease of dedicated parking when you return from exploring the Cape, plus the use of our beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler to enjoy the beach. The space Provincetown (often called "P-town") is an upscale New England town located at the extreme tip of Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Our little slice of paradise juts out 60 miles into the sea and our magical community prides itself on welcoming visitors with open arms. The "West End" of Provincetown is the most desirable and coveted neighborhood. Provincetown is known and loved for its pristine beaches, picturesque harbor, and vibrant art scene. P-town is also arguably the best-known LGBTQ+ summer resort on the East Coast. For almost a century, our town has been an iconic destination for folks identifying as LGBTQ+, and the bohemian spirit draws visitors back year after year. Year-round, queer-friendly events include August’s Carnival, where 90,000 people gather to enjoy the camp and colorful parade on Commercial Street. May is our annual Single Women’s Weekend, and October is our flamboyant Fantasia Fair. We finish the year in style with our Santa race — complete with teeny-tiny swimsuits. At the world-famous Boatslip Resort & Beachclub, you can spend the day luxuriating by the ocean and enjoying superb hospitality. Whale-watching tours are available at certain times of the year, and sunset sailing trips can be enjoyed year-round. Foodies will love Provincetown’s eclectic restaurant scene. The Red Inn serves consistently excellent food in a historic 19th-century setting, and Liz’s Cafe is our favorite spot for rustic brunches and fantastic cocktails. Guest access Guests have full access of the entire condo. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. For your safety, you will find smoke/CO2 detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit within the property.
