Neighbors are not close/no quiet time hours. Plenty of room to park a boat, less than 2 miles from free boat access. Enjoy the fire pit and outside pavilion. There is a gas/charcoal grill that you are free to use. Play basketball on the 24 x 24 basketball court, corn hole, or Tiki Toss. The space This is a unique little cottage that has plenty of outdoor space and privacy. Equipped with a huge pavilion with a ceiling fan to play Large Jenga, Tiki Toss, Corn Hole or just relax. Sit around the fire pit or cook out on the gas grill. Guest access The only space on the property that cannot be utilized is the garage. Other things to note Our Wifi does not support any gaming devices. We only have Roku.
