We have two 50" smart TVs - one in the family room and one in the 2nd bedroom. Second bedroom features a vintage rattan trundle bed with two twins AND twin futon. Master bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress, desk and fast WIFI for work. Kitchen is ready for you and well stocked, including Ninja coffee maker, crockpot, blender, BBQ tools, spices. Out back we have an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, fire pit, lounge chairs and putting green. Out front is our large 12x20 deck with outdoor table, ocean view & lounge furniture. For groups over 4 people we have a separate listing for the ADU on our property which sleeps 3-4 additional people.
